My clients purchased a character cottage in a good location with a north facing rear yard but in need of total redevelopment. They were relocating from a contemporary multi level home with a desire to downsize to a quality single level property.
The redesign involved restoration, a total reconfiguration of the interiors, new built forms to the rear, a new double garage, removal of a swimming pool and landscaping all within a realistic budget.
